Blogging-Solopreneur Quest

Blogger Recognition Award

blog recognition award

I want to thank Kristina koti for having nominated me for the blogger recognition award, it’s with an immense pleasure that I heart fully accept this second challenge, if you have a little time, please do check out her blog here.

Here are the rules:

  • Write a post so as to show your award.
  • Thank the one who nominated you and embed a link to their blog.
  • Share how you started your blog.
  • Give a little bit of advice that new bloggers can take away
  • Select fifteen other blogs who you think really deserve the award.
  • Visit the blogs you nominated and let them know.

Share how you started your blog

I want to take full advantage today, so as to thank all of my fellow bloggers who have followed me from the start of my blogging quest till now. I would have never thought that lovelyricism would have gained 226 followers (it’s been only 3 months that I been active around here), that my posts would have been liked with other bloggers commenting on my posts. I appreciate every single one of you for your unique individuality, for respecting and creating a unified and diversified community of bloggers.

When I started that blog, it was to be able to get a job from home, like most mothers and spouses, but as time went by, this blog turned into a passion writing evasion for me. So here I am now, with dreams stuck in my head and hope filled in my heart.

My advice to new bloggers

Well, am still new to all of this, but from my own experience, I would like to tell the new bloggers that intend to take their blogging skills to another level, to take their time so as to learn how to administrate your blog—that is learning in depth everything about publishing, configuring and personalizing your blog (if you already understand technologies, then your all good to go), all this should be done by deep learning and reading a lot, all this given freely by the WordPress community and by doing some research on google. Self learning is better, like that you understand better what you are doing, and believe me it’s the best way to know if you are made for blogging or not.

It’s good to note that the bloggers that I have nominated are free to not accept the award (already been nominated, not ready, lack of time, hate the awards, don’t understand, laziness, or any other relevant purpose) or can take the challenge whenever they want.

But if ever you want to know a little bit more about blogging awards, I invite you to visit the link provided here, where there is a post written by the daily post—so as to understand in depth the various awards that are being awarded.

Also I hope that you will all forgive my little laziness and lack of mannerism 🙂 for not visiting your blogs, but instead I will create a pingback from my blog to your blog—which can easily be deleted by you, if you don’t like.

So here are the 15 bloggers that I nominate for the blogger recognition award:

  1. I am more than thankful for nominating me for the blogger recognition award. I also have a doubt, how does one win an award? Like are they given to one in every fifteen bloggers or one in the huge number of people that are nominated, there will be a LOT of people nominated. 15 for every 15. so how is it done? I apologise for taking your time, I am new to this.

    1. As I like what you write, I’ve found it interesting to nominate you, so that your blog might be seen by some of my followers too, now, you can wait until you find the proper blogs that you think deserve the award , take all the time needed.
