Intro to poetry, Day seven: Flavor

Flavor

(While you’re at it, why not also give found poetry a try)

Found poetry is a type of poetry created by taking words, phrases, and sometimes whole passages from other sources and reframing them as poetry (a literary equivalent of a collage) by making changes in spacing and lines, or by adding or deleting text, thus imparting new meaning.

My Message To The One….

My life is spellbound, I’m taking a road to nowhere, I feel like being in a scavenger hunt where there is no way out.

But this magic fire that’s filling my heart will make me rise from this whisper of death.

It’s just the season of passageand if I must fall into darkness and die softly because of the wicked heart that is yours, you shall not rest in peace.

I will be the visitor of the monster that you are , I will be like the last vampire that will suck your blood.

I will become the eternal enemy of your dreams. So before you become a master of murder, gimme a kiss on my bitter lips and bury me deep in your heart for I know it’s the last act that am playing on this earth.

You shall remember me.

Yours

CHRISTOPHER PIKE

So here is something that I have written when I was 15 years old, the words written in red are the titles of the various books from Christopher Pike.

In my teenage years I was a great fan and avid reader of Christopher’s Pike books, I even have a collection of mostly all of his books.

Back in the days this type of writings were common among teenagers that loved reading Pike’s book.

    1. Thank you, in these days there were many poems written in this style that were being passed on, I just wrote one for my favourite writer:). Yep at 15, i have the chance to have a mother that kept all of my notes.
